FAQs – Getting Started with 4PS:

Do you offer a free trial?


We offer a complimentary one-to-one live demonstration.  After this demonstration, and the chance to have all your questions answered individually, a free trial can be arranged.

What hardware and operating system do I need to use 4PS?


The 4PS Software can be accessed from any device: from your smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop.  It is a web-based record-keeping system giving you real-time data 24/7.  

All you need is an internet connection.

How do I migrate my existing information to 4PS? 


Depending on the size of your organization, our developers can assist with the process of importing your data into 4PS.

 

Do I need to sign a contract? 


There is no need to sign a contract.  You will receive ample benefit from using the 4PS Software system but are free to cancel at any time.  We do ask for one months’ notice.

How many licenses do I need to purchase? 


There is no need to set up multiple licenses.  We keep things simple: only one license is required per company. The pricing of the subscription is tiered according to the size of your business.

Is an internet connection required to capture the data?
 

Given that 4PS is a real-time web-based record keeping system, you need internet connection on any device you choose to access it from – smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

How safe is my data on 4PS? 
 

Your data is password protected.  Hosting is provided on powerful Amazon servers, so your data is kept safe and accessible at any time of the day or night.

Can I customise the fields to suit my business?  


4PS Software is highly adaptable to any number of industries and is especially well suited to businesses with strong compliance requirements.  

The fields can be customised to the needs of your individual business, making the complexities of managing the ‘four P’s’ of your business (that is, people, plant, processes and procedures) a great deal easier.

What technical support is provided?

What training is available for me and my employees on how to use 4PS? 


We provide a series of training videos.  And we can supplement this with personal one-to-one training or over-the-phone training support.


How do I retain my data if I cancel? 


Your data is always kept safe and secure and is backed up at all times.  

Should you wish to cancel using the 4PS Software, all you need to do is download all the information before we delete it off your system.  

We are always on hand to assist you in any way you require.
